Job Description:

Caretaker, house helper and "exercise helper" for my 99 year old dad, Stuart.

He spends most of the day sitting in the easy chair, sleeping or watching TV.

He is mostly alert, cognizant (mostly), but weak and frail.

He needs help getting into his walker, or wheelchair.

Mostly he can do the bathroom alone. We installed a bidet so he can clean himself.

Showers: He needs help.

He needs to be taken to the parking lot to do his walking, then

some chair exercises with arms, some wrist exercises, and breathing exercises.

Help him get around the condo

Exercise training

Cooking and Meal prep

Shopping

He likes meat

Some Conversations

Laundry

Cleaning

Vacuuming

Make him walk, walk, walk!

Make sure he eats

And takes some pills
